We are a family business that takes pride in the fact our cakes are made fresh and never frozen.   I work diligently to keep on top of the newest trends and techniques in the cake world.  In order to accomplish this, I have taken classes from some of the top cake designers in the U.S. (Bronwen Weber, Nicholas Lodge, and Mike McCary are some of the instructors I have studied under)   I enjoy working closely with my brides to design and deliver the cake of their dreams.  I also am very proud of the fact that the most frequent comment from my brides is that the cake tastes as wonderful as it looks.  Give me a call or an email, and we will work together to make a beautiful cake that will make your day memorable for all!
