Alice worked with us patiently while we tried to figure out what kind of cake to order...She produced what she had drawn for us, even though it was the first cake of that design that she had made. The guests raved about the flavor and the cake was eaten up right away. I was a little disappointed with the decorating, but I loved the quality of the cake, which is the most important thing.

Alice made both our wedding cake and the groom's cake, and both were incredible!! Alice is wonderful to work with and can literally make anything you can dream up - she made the groom's cake a replica of my hubby's patrol badge! Our wedding cake is still receiving compliments from our guests!! We cannot wait for the next family get together so we can place an order for another amazing cake!!

Alice made a delicious cake for our wedding. We had a white cake, raspberry filling, and almond frosting, and it was delicious. We had a lot of compliments from the guests. She was also very easy to work with and flexible with the cost.

Alice's cakes are delicious, reasonably priced, and of course gorgeous. I brought a photo of a cake like I had never seen before, and she was actually excited about tackling a unique project. It turned out gorgeous and everyone said how delicious it was! Plus, my fiancé hand-made a rather heavy cake topper (over 2 lbs!) and she bent over backwards to make it work for us (styrofoam top layer so it wouldn't sink, plus lots of reinforcements throughout). It worked and was beautiful, we got a lot compliments.

I had 140 guests we ordered enough cake for 175 and there was nothing left at the end of the night! The caterer said that it was so good people kept coming for seconds and thirds. I wanted delicious cake that didn't cost a fortune and Alice's Piece of Cake delivered beyond my wildest dreams. I highly recommend them.

Alice, did a fantastic job with our cake. She was very easy and nice to work with. We had two cake flavors - white with raspberry filling and buttercream icing which was AMAZING and the other flavor was red velevet with cream cheese icing - the cake was a little dry but overall good. She did the exact design we wanted, we were very pleased with the outcome.

Alice did an AMAZING job on the 2 cakes for our wedding!!! I have Celiac Disease and therefore am on a strict gluten-free diet, so we had a second small 2-teired cake for the gluten-free guests and me. The GF cake was so tasty! Alice was so easy to work with and the cakes looked beautiful and tasted delicious! I would definitely recommend her to make a cake for any event, especially if someone has gluten-free needs.

We have been to a lot of weddings. And we’ve tasted a lot of cake. I will tell you that Alice bakes some really delicious cakes. We’re still getting great reviews for the way her cake tasted. But the outside appearance of the cake deeply saddened me. We asked for a 4-tiered darker ivory/champagne colored cake with the same details as a cake that her friend had created on a cake stand that we had purchased. When we arrived to the reception, I saw an orange tilting cake with not so great detailing not on the cake stand. I had to fight tears when I saw it. The cake was actually one of the top things that I was looking forward to at the reception. Unfortunately, the appearance was not there, but the taste most certainly was!

Alice from Alice's Piece of Cake is the best!!!! Not only is she very personable and friendly she is a fantastic baker. Our cake was picture perfect. I will go back to Alice again and again for all of our special cake needs. I recommended her to several friends getting married in 2010 and Alice is doing their cakes as well.

Alice was great with us. Our wedding cake was delicious. We had a chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling and white with strawberry filling. Lets just say that I didn't even get to taste the chocolate cake - it was GONE!! Alice also made my husband's grooms cake and it was a transformer. She said it was her first one but I couldn't tell. She airbrushed detail on it beautifully and it tasted so good. Fresh and moist is all I can say about all three cakes. She was so attentive to our wants regarding the cakes. The actual wedding cake looked like it came out of a magazine. We went back to her for our replica of the top of the wedding cake instead of freezing it. I was so glad we did. Our anniversary was like enjoying the day all over again just because of the cake. Thanks Alice.

Our cake was really delicious and people seemed to really enjoy it. I thought it was a little on the sloppy side, not really what I had wanted, but in the end, the taste is all that mattered. I also think she forgot to give us two different kinds of cake.

Our cake was beautiful and delicious! It was exactly what we had envisioned. Alice is very sweet and easy to work with. She was totally open to our ideas and helped us when we needed more of them. She also made us a Block O cake for our rehearsal dinner which everyone loved. Alice was an excellent choice and we highly recommend her! Try the almond icing!!

The cake was delicious! We met with her once in person to try the cake. We were going for something very traditional and slightly boring because we thought that was all we could afford. But Alice gave us much flexibility with pricing and the great idea to get strawberry and chocolate and white to match our black, pink, and white color scheme. The cake turned out fantastice and she and the florist even worked together to make it look delicious. It was so low maintinence. After the intial meeting and contract set-up, we emailed a few more times to work out details and that was it. She even let us lessen our cutting cake since our RSVPs came in much lower and gave us a refund for the difference. Plus I got a discount for being a teacher! Excellent!

Alice did a great job with my husband and I. Both being OSU grads, she happily made almost 30 dozen buckeyes as guest favors, boxed them, so all we had to do was add scarlet and gray M&M's. She couldn't have been any more compliant on my requests!
