Ordered a ring online, sent several emails regarding an issue I had with the order process with no response. Had to file a dispute through Paypal to finally get an email from the owner Andy Moquin, who was very unprofessional and angry right off the bat, finally he threated to sue me for slander if I made any complaints about his aggressive and hostile actions. I know he cant do anything, and was not impressed by his intimidation tactics. He then went further and told me AND I QUOTE "we will report you to badcustomer.com. This is not a list you want to be on, it will make it nearly impossible for you to make online purchases in the future." Then went even further and threated me with his attorney RANDY MARGULIS. This is a family law attorney. IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS POS....... REPORT HIM TO BBB, ATTORNEY GENERAL of NY, FTC, IC3, and RIP OFF REPORT.COM

My fiance purchased my engagement ring at Andrew's. This was the only store that carried the unique setting that I wanted. I love the ring!However, they did not set the diamond correctly. I had to have my ring appraised for insurance purposes and the appraiser told me that my ring was only being held in by 3 of the 6 prongs. I took it back to Andrews and they fixed in in a few days free or charge.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my ring, and they matched the price that my husband found on the internet for a diamond with the exact specs that we were wanting, but we didn't have to take the risk of buying off of the internet because they matched the price! It's gorgeous and I couldn't have designed a better one myself!! The only thing I didn't like was that it took too long to come in. It's a designer (Tacori) ring, and the ring took like 2 weeks LONGER than they thought it would!! ...Scary because my hubby was in picking up my ring the day before the wedding!
