To call Evelyn Frolking a "florist" is actually to degrade her. She is an artist who creates breath-taking and unique floral pieces. Who knew you could twist, tear, snap, and spear flowers into a desired shape or form! I had complements on my bouquet and my girls' bouquets all night long...I would highly recommend her.
