We cannot say enough good things about BridalSmiths! Heather and Dana Smith were a joy to work with both before and during the wedding. Our ceremony and reception were absolutely perfect because of BridalSmiths' attention to detail and expertise. Heather was extremely flexible when we had to reschedule the wedding, and even ran our rehearsal the day after Christmas. We would absolutely recommend BridalSmiths, they are worth every penny.

Hiring Heather and Dana to coordinate our wedding weekend was definitely one of the best decisions we made! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional ,organized, timely, and most importantly calm, warm, and friendly. They take care of all the details of the weekend from contacting your vendors, making sure everything is set up properly , dealing with any potential problems so you are not even aware and totally take care of the wedding party. Dana even had his weather radar up on his phone and saved the bride and groom from getting soaked . Everyone in the wedding party loved them and their attention to the details allowed us to enjoy the wedding day worry free. They even load all the gifts in your car ! You will love working with them!!!

BridalSmiths was invaulable in helping us transform the ideas, hopes, and wishes we had imagined into the reality of the most beautiful, fun, and exciting wedding day ever!! And one that people are still talking about. My only regret was that we did not put "hire wedding planner" at the top of my to-do list, because they made things much easier and eliminated so much stress. Heather (who became a real friend during the process) was always there to answer any questions I had, to recommend a vendor, or just provide peace of mind when things got hectic. BridalSmiths has years of experience to draw from and made what we wanted work.

Bridalsmiths were awesome and well worth the money. I always thought that hiring a wedding consultant would be a waste of money when having to pay for such a large party. I was completely wrong. In the end of the day, having a consultant made my wedding day run so smooth. Myself, my friends, or my family did not have to worry about anything on the day the wedding/rehearsal dinner. Bridalsmiths was very attentive and very connected in the bridal business. They have contacts with the best vendors, have close relationships with many venue coordinators, and other vendors like photographers and djs. My consultant at bridalsmiths took all of the worry and hassle out of coordinating evertything at my event from vendor referals, vendor follow-up, event coordination and set up.on the day of. My dream wedding was accomplished with the help of bridalsmiths and i would never have changed it for the world. If I did it again, i would hire bridalsmiths again and again. I totally recomenend hiring a wedding consultant. In the end of the day, it is a drop in the bucket compared to what the cost of hosting an entire wedding and made the day less stressful and very perfect.

Working with bridalsmiths helped immensely in the planning of my wedding. My husband and I chose to get married in Jamaica and I was pleasantly surprised that Heather went out of her to provide information on this out-of-town destination. She gave honest feedback on every detail, including the size of my bouquet. Since I couldn't see the flowers in person, I thought 12 roses would be ok. She urged me to get 24 and I'm so glad I did! After the actual wedding, we planned a reception back in Columbus. I could not have done this without the help of bridalsmiths. There is only so much research you can do online and in magazines, but having an experienced professional on your side is way better! Thanks Heather & Dana!!!

BridalSmiths did an amazing job for our wedding and were great to work with. BridalSmiths know what they are doing when it comes to wedding coordination, they are responsive, organized, and provide great vendor recommendations. No matter how stressful a moment can seem they stayed positive, calm, happy and helpful. The recommendations and work they do outweighs the price of hiring them. It's really worth hiring a wedding planner/coordinator. What a relief it was to have such competent, trustworthy & great people helping us on our special day! It's too bad the ratings only go up to 5. If they went up to 6 we'd give them a 7!

My wedding planner was a valuable resource because she provided awesome vendor recommendations, help with organizing the planning process, and coordination during the wedding day so it ran smoothly. I felt like a guest at my wedding, and I did not have to worry about anything because I knew that I had a great wedding planner and awesome vendors who had everything under control.

My fiance and I panicked two weeks before our wedding. We realized that coordinating everything the day of would be too much for us to handle, nor did we want to do so on our big day. The BridalSmiths stepped in, finalized all our vendor details and met with us to make sure they knew what "our vision" was. On our wedding day we simply showed up and didn't have to worry about a thing. Everything was taken care of. We, our parents, and bridal party were able to enjoy the celebration without stressing over any of the details. We couldn't imagine going through that day without The BridalSmiths' help and expertise.

As a first-time Mother-of-the-Bride, I thought that my daughter and I could do all of the planning for her summer wedding without the help of anyone else. Needless to say, at about 4 months and counting til the big day, I realized that I was causing myself unnecessary stress and was running out of time! I contacted several wedding planners in the area, and felt a strong connection with Heather as soon as I talked to her. Her professionalism and organizational skills were exactly what we were looking for. At the initial meeting, my daughter, her fiance, and I went over what had already been done and Heather quickly helped us realize all of the other details that needed to be addressed. From that point on, it was the bride and groom who had the most contact with her and her husband, Dana. We used her for the "wedding weekend" coordination because we had already met with most of the vendors ourselves. When the weekend arrived, I must say that it was flawless, our stress was minimal, the entire ceremony and reception went off without a hitch, and even the Father-of-the-Bride commented several times that the "best investment we made was to hire BridalSmiths!" We will definitely use Heather and Dana again when our other daughter gets married! If you use them, you will be very pleased with their services!

Heather and Dana worked together to provide us exceptional service while planning our wedding. They had great ideas on how to stick to our budget and offered advice on how to "tweak" a traditional ceremony to meet our style. Thanks to them, our wedding went off without a hitch. I even had comments from our other wedding vendors as well as guests commenting on how they had never participated in or attended a smoother wedding.

Heather assisted me in finding many vendors, all of which I was completely satisfied with and wouldn't have found them without her! She also kept me on track with my planning and brought details to my attention that I didn't consider. But the day of the wedding was the WOW factor with BridalSmiths. I had a wonderful day and everything went so smoothly. And no one in the bridal party or our families had to worry - everyone just relaxed and had a great time. For example - my wedding day started out with pouring rain. That caused me to make an early decision to have the cocktail hour moved inside (I was bummed but you can't control Mother Nature). Well, 10 minutes before I walk down the aisle, Dana Smith tells me the sun has come out and do I want the cocktail hour moved back outside? Of course! He took care of everything with the hotel before the ceremony was over and my guests had a wonderful time in the lovely outdoor setting. I couldn't be happier with Heather and Dana Smith. You absolutely must hire them for your wedding. Your day will be stress free and all the details you agonized over for months will happen without you lifting a finger. Heather from the Bridalsmiths did a wonderful job recommending vendors and keeping me on schedule. Her organizational skills really paid off - we had a flawless wedding day! Heather and Dana were wonderful. My wedding day turned out to be more fabulous than I could have ever imagined. Heather played a crucial role in the helping me plan the entire wedding weekend. My husband and I absolutely would not have been able to enjoy our day if it weren't for Heather's direction and meticulous attention to detail. I asked a lot from her and what I appreciated was that she didn't nickel and dime me like you'll notice most other wedding vendors will do with time. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I would have even annoyed myself with all the countless emails, phone calls and meetings Heather had to go through, but she handled the pressure and me very well. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. I will forever be grateful for her and the wonderful memories she enabled all of our families and friends to have of our weekend.

Heather saved us! We went back and forth on whether or not to hire a coordinator and I think it generally depends on your personality and needs as to whether or not it is a good idea. However, I am especially glad we hired her after our pastor forgot to show up to the rehearsal. Heather took over and ran the entire rehearsal and while we were at dinner she contacted the Pastor and made certain he was aware of the oversight and would be there the day of the wedding. And she was calm the entire time, which made me feel better. Heather was willing to work within our budget and instead of having her husband as her assistant, which would have been more expensive for us, she brought an intern (she teaches classes in event planning) at no charge to us. For me, I am a complete control freak, but I wanted to have zero responsibilities the day of the wedding. I also gave her a ton of things the night before the wedding to deliver to the church and reception site. Heather is very detailed, easy to communicate with, so pleasant to deal with, and executed everything perfectly.

BridalSmiths did an excellent job and we could not have had such a great wedding day without them. We had plenty of hickups the day of, and they handled them with ease and did everything we asked of them. They treated us, our family, and our guests like their own family and I would highly recommend their services.

Heather and Dana were amazing. There is no way we could have had a wedding that nice for that cost if we were to plan it on our own. There is nothing we would have asked her to do different and we were VERY please with her service. We would have paid much more than what we did and we recommend her to all our friends and family getting married! THANKS SO MUCH HEATHER AND DANA!
