She did a great job customizing the invitation to how I wanted it down to the smallest detail. The invitations looked beautiful and I received many compliments.

Our invitations and save the dates came out really great, and were pretty much what I wanted. The only thing I will say is that they were a little on the expensive side, but I think that is the price you pay for getting exactly what you want :)

I would highly recommend By Request. My invitations were amazing. I went in not knowing what I was looking for, but Robyn and the staff worked with me to design something that matched my style. They were very easy to work with and made the whole process fun and not at all stressful. I have a very schedule and was able to make a lot of the decision via e-mail. I would definitely use them again.

We ordered all of our invitations through By Request and they did an amazing job with everything. We chose the Envelopments line where you can mix and match everything which was a little overwhelming but the staff steered us in the right direction and our invitations were amazing. They were non-traditional but still very elegant and we got nothing but compliments from our guests. I will definitely use By Request again.

Melonie worked with us at By Request on Lane Avenue. She was absolutely fantastic. We had done a lot of research on what we wanted before we headed in there and had a vision in our head. She was able to completely make that happen and the invitations and save-the-dates were GORGEOUS!! The turn around was quick and the service was tailor-made to the customer. I felt so comfortable with every step of the process!
