Connie Duglin Linens OH

I was really disappointed with the Connie Duglin Linens. We saw the salesman at every single bridal show and he kept impressing us so we decided to use them for the rehearsal dinner. What a mistake. First they were a little pricey, but I didn't want to have orange and yellow table cloths for the rest of my life so we chose this option. They were very helpful and nice on the phone, but when I came to pick up the linens, the girl was rude and was bothered that she had to show me how to tie the sashes for the cabaret tables. She didn't even say a word or offer to help me carry my linens to the car. The linens were wrong. I asked for 60" round and they gave me square cloths. So of course they looked pretty silly. We covered it up as best we could but for the price, I am very disappointed. We had to iron and iron all day which isn' a problem, but I wish they would have mentioned it so I could have been more prepared with more help. We were able to just mail the linens back which was definitely a better option because I probably would not have been nice when I dropped them back off. So much for customer service.

I used the black imperial stripe table clothes and the regular black matte chair covers with lilac organza bows. When I went into the store the first time I was so surprised and delighted to see all the colorful options and patterns that they offered. Randy one of the main people we spoke with and he was also there the day of set up. The set up was seamless and looked perfect! I received so many compliments on how elegant the linens made the reception site look. And best of all my mother (who was originally against linens, said they made the room look beautiful). They were great and I would highly suggest using them for your event!

The vendor provided pintuck linens and runners for our accent tables. These were beautiful and matched with the rest of decor very well. They were very flexible with the rentals and provided us with a reasonable renting cost.

We used the pewter pintuck table linens, white poly chair covers, and silver organza chair sashes for our wedding. I was able to view a variety of linens in different fabrics in our colors, but what made the difference is seeing the real thing in our reception venue before selecting exactly what I wanted. I changed my mind a few weeks before the wedding, but they were flexible and it wasn't an issue. I also used an end-of-year special when I placed the order, and received the promotional pricing even though my wedding was 6 months after placing the order. The linens looked beautiful the day of the wedding, and we received a ton of compliments on the look and quality of the linens!

Even though my wedding was in TX, CDL shipped them to me! They were on time and everything was perfect! They even sent extras just in case! The tables looked fabulous!

Great prices, quality and variety. They were very patient with us while we explored the different color options. They even ordered samples for us so we could test them out at our venue, and allowed us to change our order even as soon as a week before the wedding.

The table/chair lines arrived on time. The price was very beatable as compared to other places.
