This place has alot of amazing employees! We went through them when my husband went and chose my engagement ring to surprise me on Valentine's Day over 2 years ago and the lady that helped him chose my engagement ring (Sue) stayed in touch with me via postcards and calls until the wedding and we went through her to pick both of our bands. She got us a great deal on our bands and let us put them on layaway and make small payments up until the day and she had them cleaned, sized & ready to go! She is truly an amazing woman and I would recommend anyone going in there to ask for her, she even told me about their "Something Borrowed" program and let me use a beautiful real diamond necklace that was worth thousands to wear that day during my wedding! It was so sweet and nice of them and I was very satisfied with my experience with them! Jeff is also very nice and helped us alot when we were there!

My Fiancee' Albert picked out my beautiful engagement ring with the help of Michelle from Dean's via the internet. Michelle did a wonderful job helping Albert choose just the right ring!! She sent him pics of settings and what types of diamonds would look nice in them. Every time I wear my ring, I can't help but to stare at it! Everyone who sees it, falls in love with it! Dean's is where we got my engagement ring, wedding band, and my husband's wedding band. They were wonderful! They sized both rings for me within a day. They also sautered my rings together for me. Dean's is the only place I will be getting my jewelry from. They'll even clean all of my jewelry for me for free if I bring it in to them.
