Wafa and Sarah were absolutely amazing. By my first trip to the store I sad been to several others and seen a lot of great dresses. When I walked into Elegant Bride, I gave Wafa a little bit of information about what I was looking for in a dress and when and where my wedding was being held. She immediately perked up and said that she had the perfect dress for me. She pulled out this one dress and several others. Well, that perfect dress was absolutely perfect. I wasn't allowed to take pictures of the dress but Wafa sent me the picture from the designer that evening which was really helpful as I continued my planning. As I left, I told Wafa that I would have to come back to the store the next month when my parents were in town to get final approval. Wafa was very flexible, squeezing me in the day my parents were in town. One of the things that I love about Wafa is her honesty. She tells you what is going to look good on you based on your figure. Wafa makes reasonable recommendations regarding accessories and hair styles, but isn't pushy trying to get you to buy those things. Well, we ordered the dress and an amazing veil. My dress came in last week. I absolutely loved it. Because the dress was ordered FOR me based on MY measurements it looked amazing and will need only minor alterations. I went to Elegant Bride to basically get an idea of dresses I liked prior to going to another appointment. I fell in love moments after being there. Sarah was so nice and helpful and Wafa is the fairy godmother when it comes to weddings. She knows what she's talking about! I went to my other appointment and couldn't wait to get back to Elegant Bride. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on. Months later when I went to pick it up, they continued to treat me like I was the only bride that mattered at that moment. I would highly recommend checking them out even if you don't buy a gown there. Wafa's knowledge about the industry is phenomenal.

This place is a MUST go ! Wafa helps you find the right dress/style for your body type and was the most helpful bridal consultant I saw in Columbus. I ended up purchasing my dress from another store but really wanted to find the one there. I will likely go there for my wedding jewelry and shoes just because I want to support her business. LOVE IT

Wafa and her staff were truly wonderful! I had a very difficult time finding a dress, searching at over half a dozen different stores throughout Ohio. Wafa was the first and only person who actually picked a style that would be the most flattering for my body type, and she was always extremely helpful even though I purchased my wedding gown over a year and a half out. Although it is a business, she consistently made me feel like finding the best dress for me was her priority and not the sale. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Wafa and her staff and admired her professionalism, knowledge of her inventory and the wedding fashion industry in general, and would highly recommend her and "Elegant Bride" to all!

Elegant Bride is the best place to shop for a wedding gown in Columbus- it has excellent bridal gown choices, excellent customer service and affordable costs! I had tried on dresses at multiple places in Columbus and other cities and left disappointed. It wasn't until I met Wafa at Elegant Bride that I realized what the missing piece had been all along-- a consultant to actually guide me!! She helped me find a gown that suited my personality and body. A feeling of bliss and confidence replaced the previous feeling of being overwhelmed and uncertain!! After we found MY beautiful gown (also I must say all the gowns in the store are beautiful and from top name designers but priced affordably), we moved on to veil and accessories. Thank you Wafa, Sara, and all the staff at Elegant Bride for making this process enjoyable. I can't wait to wear my dress !!!

Elegant Bride was the 2nd stop for during my dress shopping experience. After a not-so-positive experience at the first store, I was anxious to try Elegant Bride. Wafa was wonderful- she spent time talking with me and getting to know more about how I envisioned my wedding day. After a few minutes of conversation she took me around the shop to show me a few options. She allowed me to search through some of the racks of dresses, within minutes we had 3 dresses. I fell in love with the 2nd dress (as did my mom and MOH). I tried the 3rd, but went back to the 2nd and the rest was history. Her energy and professionalism made my day. The team at Elegant Bride then assisted with selecting the perfect veil and hairpiece. During my first fitting, Wafa showed me a gorgeous belt that I purchased and wore during my reception. Her seamstress was incredible- my dress fit perfectly and I was more than happy with the results on our wedding day. For these reasons and more, I highly recommend Elegant Bride.

Two months before my wedding my wedding gown was ruined. I was devastated and was sure I would never find another dream gown off the rack. With only two months before my wedding I had no time to order a gown and had to shop sample gowns. My sister called multiple bridal stores and explained my situation and Elegant Bride was one of the stores that was willing to help me out. My sister and I walked into the store and was greeted by Wafa. She was so personable and asked me questions about my wedding (location, look, feel) and asked me what kind of gown I was looking for. Immediately she pulled three gowns that were exactly my taste. Wafa sure knows how to style! Coincidently, Wafa had a brand new gown in the size I needed of the dress I feel in love with. What a great relief to find a gown I loved on such short notice. The gown needed minimal alterations and Wafa recommended Zip Alterations in Dublin, OH. As I mentioned before, my first gown was damaged beyond repair by a local alterations person in my hometown of Charleston, WV so I was very hesitant about having this dress altered. Cindy at Zip Alterations was AMAZING. SHe was so patient and took the time to explain the alterations process. The dress turned out perfect! Wafa at Elegant Bride was so kind and helpful. She did whatever she could to help me find the perfect dress.

You MUST go to Elegant Bride! Wafa (the owner) is AMAZING! She truly knows what she is doing! As soon as my mom and I walked in there we were amazed! She took one look at me and suggested dresses that would fit my body type. Needless to say, when I left the store I was a proud owner of my wedding dress! I LOVED IT!!! I even got my veil, hairpiece, and earrings there! My mom picked out her dress and we picked out the bridesmaid dresses there as well! The personal touch and attention Wafa demonstrates is so warming! Elegant Bride, is by far, the BEST dres shop in the Columbus and surounding area!

I have nothing but fabulous things to say about Wafa and Elegant Bride!!!! Wafa found me a perfect wedding dress that was EXACTLY what I wanted, without even knowing it! At my first appointment, Wafa and her assistant took the time to ask me some questions and get to know me and what kind of wedding I wanted, and then found me a dress from that information. I bought the first dress I put on! 8-) Wafer staff were all so wonderful to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to buy their dress from Elegant Bride!

They are so great. They listen to what you say about your style, while also showing you ideas on what they would do (without pushing it on you). Very helpful. The dress I got (for a little over $1,000), I had people asking me where in NYC I purchased it as the quality was great.

I bought my wedding dress and hair piece from Elegant Bride and love love loved them both! The girls at Elegant Bride helped me narrow my gown search by what looks best on my body style and what I "thought" I wanted and ended with the most beautiful dress I could have imagined! They are awesome and all of their dresses are beautiful! Something for everyone!!

I loved working with Elegant Bride. When shopping I only found 2 dresses that I really loved even though I tried on over 50 and both of them were at Elegant Bride. They don’t have the biggest selection but they have beautiful dresses and Wafa was awesome at picking things out that would look good on my body. She is also very honest about what looks good which I loved since my family/friends just kept saying they liked everything I put on. I didn’t have many alterations done since my dress fit me really well to begin with, but I did like the alterations lady at Elegant Bride. I would highly recommend stopping in Elegant Bride when dress shopping.

They were GREAT! They had such unique selections of dresses and the seamstress did whatever she could to make me look like the dress was made for me! Everyone is super friendly also!
