I don't want to seem ungrateful for the beautiful flowers Elegant Touch Events put together for my wedding ceremony and reception. We were very pleased with them. The only thing we weren't pleased with was the lack of communication and responsiveness with this company. We worked with Lora's assistant Kaileen for the entire planning process, and while she was very nice, it took us awhile to get ahold of anyone. I would have to send a follow up email with every email I sent. Also, we were assured by Kaileen that flowers would be added for my fiance's grandma and step-mom but on the day of the wedding, they were not delivered, and we were told they weren't on the final contract...yet we were told they would be added. I understand that as the customer that we could have called and emailed till we were blue in the face to get the final contract sent and double checked, but honestly when planning a wedding and having multiple vendors, it would have been nice for them to take care of a little bit more on their end. All of my other vendors followed up with me in a timely manner and I never once had to be the one who initiated the phone calls or emails regarding planning. Another issue we had was with the payment. We paid in advanced and on time but it took them months to cash the check. Our final payment still hasn't been cashed and it's been almost a month since the wedding. The flowers were beautiful and Lora's assistant was nice, but it would have been a little less stressful if Lora had been more involved with our event or the communication was better.

Our overall experience with Lora was fantastic! We didn't really have any specific requests as far as our flowers, but she was able to create amazing things just by our Gatsby theme and our colors. We had MANY compliments about our centerpieces from guests and family members. She was very easy to communicate with and fun to work with. We would most definitely recommend her to future brides.

Our flowers were beautiful. They were a bit on the pricey side, but gorgeous. My BIGGEST issue was on the day of the wedding we had 3 boutonnieres break when the guys were having them put on, including my dad and the groom!!! This was a nightmare. We fixed them with some safety pins, but right before the wedding, it was not what we wanted to have happen.

Flowers and decor were very important to me on my wedding day. Elegant touch not only did a really great job but surprised me! When I arrived to my event several hours early, the room was already decorated and I could not hold tears back. My centerpieces were everything i wanted and more! My bouquet was so beautiful! Lora really listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Throughout the planning process I would email her an idea and would have an answer within hours. It was so nice to work with her. I couldn't have been happier!!

The vision I had for my reception décor was brought to life by Elegant Touch Events. Lora listened to what I wanted and shared her own ideas to enhance my vision. The result was stunning. I was straightforward about my budget and Lora was very mindful of that. I never imagined I could achieve this look with my budget!

This florist had my mother and I in a complete panic 20 days before the wedding as she had not returned our phone calls or emails for almost a month. Just when we had decided to give up and move on we received a phone call. After meeting with the owner and her reassuring us that things like that never happened we decided to go ahead with her. Huge mistake! We even had problems getting a hold of her to pay her! They forgot decorations for the ceremony, almost all corsages broke before the ceremony had even started and none of the bouquets were as requested and very small. When we expressed our concerns we were belittled and disregarded as being unsatisfiable, which is funny since we had NO problems with any of our other vendors. Beware brides.....nothing good to say about Elegant Touch Events what so ever.

Lora (the owner) of Elegant Touch Events is extremely sweet and knowledgable, and she was super helpful when I was indecisive about the kinds of flowers I wanted. She didn't just push me to the most expensive flowers, but rather listened to my wants, needs, and budget and then customized my flower package from there. I had a LOT of flowers at my wedding, and I think I got a great deal from Lora based on the other quotes I received. Lora even provides her own vases for your reception (if you want) at NO COST! Most other vendors were charging $5-$10 per vase to rent them. My flowers turned out absolutely beautifully - Lora really brought my vision to life! I got TONS of compliments on them. With that being said, Lora unfortunately seems a little slow at returning phone calls and e-mails, so that should be taken into consideration. Overall, I was extremely happy with how my flowers turned out and would recommend Elegant Touch Events to others.

I loved my flowers and centerpiece arrangements. Very reasonable prices for the product!

I am having a rather hard time believing the 0.5/5.0 rating that the previous client provided. I have worked with Lora at Elegant Touch Events several times and have NEVER had a problem with her, the quality, responsiveness, cost etc. Every time I've used her she has satisfied me 100%. The thing with the responsiveness, sometimes i believe we think that we are the only clients she works with, but little do people know, she has thousands of them! she is great at what she does. Even if there is a mistake, which is rare, she is more than willing to work with you and fix it. One time i had white lillies in which a little bit of the pollen had got on the leave, her team had already left the facility, but she sent them all the way back from dublin to change the flower. If that is not a brilliant vendor to work with, I don't know what is. She has always come through for my events.

I am so extremely pleased with Lora at Elegant Touch Events. She was uber-helpful and patient. I am extremely detail-oriented and can over-analyze. She was patient and helped me to shape the most fabulous wedding. Lora was highly responsive to all my emails and was always available. I suspect that the malicious review from mrs. reebel might be professional sabatoge. My wedding decor was FABULOUS and went above and beyond my expectations! I even sent a frantic email late at night the night before the wedding and when I woke up there was an email response. My guests were blown away with the decor and many remarked how elegant and beautiful the wedding was. My other vendors admired her work and she worked seamlessly with all vendors. I love the work Lora did. My wedding would not have been the same without her...and it was dreamy!o

ETE made my wedding a dream come true. It was more than I could have ever expected. You could tell that they put their hearts into what they were doing. They were very professional and helped in any way they could. I would recommend them 100% to anyone who needs a florist, or all around wedding planning. They can do it all from helping with invitations, to center pieces, and beyond. On top of having my dreams come true, they are very affordable for a bride on a budget.

i couldnt have been happier with the flowers at my wedding! the reception hall was decked out and our bouquets were amazing! i took in some pictures and from there Lora created beauty i've only seen in magazines.

We used Elegant Touch Events for our wedding and the flowers were beautiful. We also made a lot of changes to our contract leading up to the wedding, and they were very flexible with everything.

My flowers were beautiful! Lora worked really hard to keep me in my budget range without taking away from the overall look and feel of my wedding. She was great at helping me figure out exactly what I wanted b/c I had no idea! Everything looked amazing! I would definitely recommend Elegant Touch Events to anyone working with a limited budget but who wants excellent quality.

The flowers were beautiful and it was so affordable. She really worked with me to create exactly what I wanted and within my budget. I also got linens from her which were of really good quality, very nice.

I called a week before my wedding to see if I could rent some chair covers and they did everything in their power to make it happen. The price was great and it included them putting the chair covers up and taking them down. I didn't have to do a thing.
