Hocking Hills Wedding Chapel

Beautiful very clean!

We planned to be married here, but due to an last-minute, unforeseen circumstance with our finances, that was not possible. However, we are spending our belated honeymoon for four days in one of their cabins. The grounds are absolutely beautiful! Very secluded and private to create an initimate feel. The grounds are very well kept and are gorgeous for any wedding. They have many options that can be upgraded or even removed to adjust to your own budget. Karen, the owner, and Kallista were both very prompt and extremely helpful in answering any questions that I had. I really wish that we could have been married here instead of the courthouse, but I am looking forward to spending my four day weekend there and hope to make Valley View Cabins (the property on which HH Wedding Chapels resides) a romantic getaway for my husband and myself more than once!

The chapel and grounds were beautiful and we couldn't ask for a more beautiful day! We used the officiant which we loved his service, we couldn't ask for a better ceremony. He did an incredible job and made it more unique and special than I would of expected. We also used the photographer, we haven't gotten the photos back yet but we both had a great time with her. She made getting the pictures done fun and enjoyable :) We also spent 4 nights in one of their cabins, which was an amazing time as well! They did an amazing job for our wedding and we will definitely be back to the cabins soon!

The wedding chapel and grounds are beautiful. They are flexible with their wedding packages. We opted to not use their officiant, or florist, and were able to use the money from those toward the catering part of the package. We also spent 3 wonderful nights in one of their honeymoon cabins. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I wish they helped with setting up decorations a bit more, but their coordinator did a wonderful job overseeing it. Their photographer was wonderful to work with, an absolute doll. She was a very relaxing presence, while I was getting ready. My biggest complaint is the company they use for catering. The dishes weren't very imaginative. We had a hard time finding an entree at the tasting that wasn't floating in some kind of gravy or sauce. We opted for the prime rib, instead of a dish from their normal menu. The food was good, just not fantastic.

Hocking Hills Wedding Chapel is a beautiful setting for a wedding. The officiant was very friendly and professional. The service was short and sweet, that's how we wanted it. We stayed in a cabin down the hill from the chapel. It was a wonderful weekend wedding getaway, just the 2 of us.
