My husband bought my engagement ring from Kay Jewelers and the set him up with a beautiful ring and a great warranty. We travel quite a bit, and its convenient we can walk into any Kay Jewelers at any time and get our rings cleaned. They are very polite and work hard to make sure the product is what you want.

My husband and I got our wedding bands from Kay Jewelers. They worked really hard to meet our needs, and have great warranties. We are able to get our rings cleaned, fixed and rhodium plated for no charge. They spent a lot of time with us to help us find just what we wanted.

The prices were about average, but they took the time to ask me what I really wanted, and made appropriate suggestions. Also, I feel better knowing that they're a national chain so if anything happens with my ring, I can take it back and get it fixed immediately.

We bought my engagement ring there and then, months later, came back in to buy wedding bands. The man that helped us remembered us and even remembered what kind of stone I have (Alexandrite) because it was unique. We had to special order my band because my fingers are tiny and it came pretty quickly.
