Janet did an amazing job from start to finish. We felt like we had a wedding planner on top of a caterer - she paid such close attention to all of the details! The food and service both were amazing so it was no surprise at how many compliments we received. We had both ceremony and reception in the Grand Atrium at the Franklin Park Conservatory and they flipped that room in an hour which is no small feat. You will not be disappointed with Made from Scratch!

We tested several caterers before deciding on MFS. We are overjoyed with the service provided by MFS. Our event consultant, Kimberly Frank, was just fabulous. She guided us through the entire process and really helped our vision become a reality. Her food and decor suggestions were perfect. We really loved all the food and I received many compliments from our guests. My husband and I personally loved the shrimp cocktail shooters (appetizer), garlic butter chicken, baron of beef, and the alfreado sauce. At the end of the night, we did a mini double burger bar (Kimberly's suggestion), and it was a HUGE hit. Not only were the burgers delicious, it was also a unique idea for a wedding. Everyone loved the late night snack, from the flower girls to the college friends, and the grandpas too! Kimberly helped us pick linen colors, chair covers, and bows that really accented our style and our wedding vision. To be honest, I am not a very creative person, but I am good at saying "yes or no" to different ideas. Thank goodness for Kimberly's creativity! Kimberly consistently amazed us with her design ideas - from the black table runners and satin napkins, to the pink menu cards. She even helped us pick out flowers for the outside tables - floating pink gerber dasies. Kimberly was also very helpful with ideas to stay on budget. She went out of her way to get us great pricing on linens and other items. The entire MFS team really made the night perfect. They set everything up and delivered amazing service throughout the night. Our guests appreciated the plated salad and the wine service during dinner - all made possible by the amazing staff. We had to plan our Columbus wedding from Washington, DC, and Kimberly was just so easy to work with. She was so flexible and even met us on the weekends and at all hours! You will LOVE MFS and ask for Kimberly!

I cannot say enough good things about Made From Scratch (make sure to work with Janet!). Not only was the food delicious, but the wait staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The whole process from beginning to end was streamlined.

About a year ago, I had a wedding to plan at the Franklin Park Conservatory and I called all of the caterers on the list of accepted vendors. When I spoke to --- at Made From Scratch, I was initially quite interested, as she was very excited and willing to meet up in person instead of sending me details over email. She set up a time to meet up with me at a Borders.\r\nIn the meantime, --- sent me an email to inquire as to an estimate of number of people and budget. Considering this was my first wedding, I replied with a number, not really knowing the details of how to budget. She immediately called and said it was FAR too low and I would need to re-adjust. I said okay, that wouldn\'t be a problem-- I just had no clue how much we would be spending yet, as I was unsure as to how many people would be coming. I told her we could go over details at the meeting.\r\nSo the following Tuesday, at our planned time, I waited at Borders with my fiance... and was stood up. For a good hour, we waited, not really sure if something happened. I called and left a message at her office, concerned that something might have happened. Never heard back.\r\nTalk about class. Ended up working with MetroCuisine-- who was AWESOME and was so accommodating. We got a ton of compliments on our food (and the professional staff), so in hindsight, I\'m glad that Made from Scratch ended up being Made from Crap.\r\n

Unbelievable! I can't say enough positive things about Made From Scratch, specifically Janet, who made our wedding absolutely perfect. MFS will do as much or as little as you want, and will work around your budget. I still have people telling me how great the food and service was. I've already recommended MFS to several brides, and my sister will be using them next May.

We used Made From Scratch for our wedding caterer. The food at our tasting was amazing so we were very excited about dinner at the reception. The day of the wedding, nothing tasted as good as it did the first time. Everyone loved it but my parents, my husband and I noticed right away that the food was a little different. I was pleased with the service the day of the wedding throughout the reception until the end of the night when no one seemed to know where anything was supposed to go. It all worked out in the end but it was not quite the "perfect day" every girl dreams of. The room looked amazing and all details were taken care of. Overall, we had a good experience with Made From Scratch.

Great service and yummy food. The guest are still are telling us what a great wedding we had. The staff could not have been better. I would recommend them to all our friends.

Made for Scratch did our reception and it was wonderful! The food was great, the serving staff was wonderful and the hall looked beautiful. Would highly recommend them!!
