nicole's Catering

Nicole's Catering was an awesome choice. My husband and I decided to have a vegetarian reception (I'm vegetarian, but he's not). Lots of our friends and family were bummed when they found out that we weren't having meat; after the wedding, though, so many people complimented us on the food (I even got a "I'd be a vegetarian too, if I could have food like that all the time!"). Nicole was VERY flexible - even making a recipe at our request. She didn't initially impress me as much as a few of the other caterers we met with, but the food at the initial tasting was really great. As time went on, I was really glad that I chose Nicole's - Nicole and her staff were really incredible: very kind, patient, and professional. The only thing that disappointed me was that I wanted more of the leftovers; we only got one peice of cake between us, and most of the leftover hot food (there was about 3 lbs. of cheese, olive tapinade, pretzels, etc.) There was also a lot of leftover cake (my favorite!), so I was bummed to hear that it was trashed. I don't fault Nicole's for this - I probably wasn't clear (but fair warning: ask for ALL the leftovers, if you want them!). All in all, I think this is an EXTREMELY minor miscommunication, and I would highly recommend Nicole's Catering!

Nicole was great to work with! She helped us find the best package for our needs and budget. Nicole and her staff are very professional and very easy to work with. The food was great too! We had many compliments from our guests about the food. Thanks Nicole!

Nicole is so friendly and so helpful! She knows what she is doing and our event was delicious and a success because of her. She also is happy to help with many thing outside of catering...if you have a question just ask her. Nicole is a wonderful person and her business reflects that.
