The Depot Trolley

The trolley was perfect for our wedding party! It was already decorated and was a fun way to get around during pictures. Everyone had a great time. Just wish there was a little more AC inside. It's gets pretty warm with that big dress on and all the people.

its a good idea but we decided on something less expensive

The trolley is a real pretty nice to have in your wedding. It's affordable and won't break the bank. The staff is the worse though! We've been calling them for over a year and never got a call back. EVER, until 4 months before the wedding we got a hold of someone. They sent the contract and we sent the check. Now they send the check back saying they called us stating that someone booked the trolley already. They never called us, and whoever is handling the admin stuff is either lazy, or incompetent. I still would recommend this, even if I never got it for our wedding. I don't doubt that the driver will provide you with great service. But the hassle and pain this company has brought us is so bad that it is one of our major issues with our wedding.

I'm not sure how to rate some of these categories since OUR TROLLEY DID NOT SHOW UP to take my bridal party to the reception. The trolley was supposed to be waiting for us when we came out of the church, but it was a no-show. We waited around for an hour, trying to call their main office and see if it was coming (no answer), and we finally gave up and scrambled to find people to drive us. On the way to the reception hall, I finally got a phone call from a frantic driver who was very apologetic and near hysterical b/c she said the trolley broke down, but I asked her why she just didn't call us as soon as there was a problem instead of leaving us hanging for over an hour, and all she would say is "I know, I know..." To their credit, we did call first thing Monday morning before we took off on our honeymoon and left a message. When we returned to the country the following week, we had a very apologetic message and a check with a refund waiting for us. Still, it was a very disappointing experience, and it was a part of the day I had been really excited about - the price is a great deal for transporting a large bridal party and it would have made for a fun memory and great pictures.
