The Diamond Cellar

The employees at the Diamond Cellar (this review is for the Easton location) were always extremely nice and always professional. They happily clean my engagement ring and now my wedding band always with a smile and no pressure to view anything else while I'm waiting. Both mine and my husbands wedding bands needed to be ordered, which has a strict "no returns" policy. When they arrived, my husbands band was clearly too big. They swapped his ring for the display ring which was a size smaller and fit better.

This review is for the Dublin location. I worked with Sarah and I went during the bridal event. We were able to get the exact ring we had been looking at in magazines and on line from the Scott Kay line for a great price. The staff there was great to work with. His ring came in and it was the wrong one, they found out it was shipped wrong and they quickly resolved the matter. We had the ring replaced within a week. I had a great experience there and would recommend to anyone.

Ken at the Diamond Cellar helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring. We then went back to purchase our wedding bands, and I'm sure I'll be back for anniversary gifts in the future.

We bought my husband's ring from diamond cellar. It was a beautiful designer ring that he loved. However when they sized him they told him he was a size 8, i told the jeweler i didn't think that was correct (because he would always wear my thumb ring, from claire's, which is a size 7) She told me that with "real" jewelery sizing ran different. I believed her. Well When the ring came in i went to go pick it up, it looked fine, i signed and left. The next weekend I say what was then my fiance and sure enough the ring was a full size to big. When i contacted the jeweler they said that all rings are inspect and must be tried on at the time of pick up, (that's funny considering he wasn't there to pick it up i was) I explained this and they asked us to come in, we did and they said well we can't size this ring because it has diamonds all the way around it, it's made to the size it was ordered in, but you can order a new one for full price and keep the one we gave you. I talked to 4 different people in management and went all the way to their head quarters, nothing was done to make this right and we still have a very expensive ring that doesn't fit my husband! This place is terrible!

We had a great salesman who helped out immensely and found us exactly what we wanted for our rings and my wedding jewelry.

Quality jewelry, very flexible and not as expensive as you would think. Very willing to work within your budget, even for custom pieces.

We purchased my engagement setting and our wedding bands from The Diamond Cellar. Compared to other jewelers in Columbus, The Diamond Cellar was able to offer a very personal experience. Our sales associate went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. I have a European style engagement setting (flat on the bototm for comfort) with a very high bridge for the 1 carat stone. It made it difficult to find a matching band. Our sales associate knew exactly what we needed and talked to the ring and setting buyer to purchase a selection we might be interested in. Leslie called us the day before the setting went to the floor for sale to let us know she what she had available and when she would be at the store so she could personally take care of us. We found a white gold and diamond band that worked perfectly with engagement ring. We were extremely pleased with the service and professionalism and how far the store was willing to go to find what we wanted. We had searched other stores and were not able to match the quality and service of the Diamond Cellar

Diamond Cellar has an exceptional selection. But, Jared has the same selection for about 30% less. Just make sure to comparision shop before you purchase! You might be able to get the exact same thing for a lot less!

We ordered my husbands ring late and she offered to provide a loner if it didn't arrive in time for the ceremony. Kimberly is amazing!
