The Four Seasons is such a beautiful venue! Our guests raved about how pretty our wedding was. Yay! The food was excellent! The service was great! The best part was not having to worry about loading the car up at the end of the night because they took care of it for us!! The price was above our budget, but they did what they could to work it out with us, so we could still have our dream wedding. Thank you!!

We loved The Four Seasons. Judith, her husband and all their staff were wonderful! They took care of every need and helped calm every nerve we experienced in planning for a wedding. We had a small ceremony in the Garden area and a larger reception inside with the fire place going. Judith walked us thru every detail and gave us such great advise. She made everything for our wedding fall into place. The food and hor d'oeuvre were outstanding. We did not have a wedding cake instead we had pies and canolies and everyone raved about them. They had a room that we could have a babysitter watch the children while the adults enjoyed dinner and dancing. Judith put up the decorations I gave her and they took them down and loaded our car. They also loaded the gifts in the chosen car for the bride and groom. All our guests were treated like royalty and everyone loved the ambiance The Four Season gave to our evening reception. It was beautifu. I highly recommend them !!!

If I could give a score higher than 5 I would!! I loved the Four Seasons! They were so amazing to work with and made our special day so wonderful! They really took care of us that day and made sure everything was how we wanted it. The inside of the venue is spectacular and the food and appetizers were amazing! The staff did a great job of packing up our stuff at the end of the night and even loaded it into our cars! I could not have been more pleased with the Four Seasons and I highly recommend the Four Season to future brides!

I absolutely loved The Four Seasons Columbus. Judith worked with us the entire time and was very helpful through the planning process. I was told by some guests that she was a little pushy, but I thought she was fine. Overall though I thought it was a beautiful location and we had great service all night long. We chose to have a capped bar, so we picked a limit, and when it was reached she went and got my dad to decide if he wanted to pay to keep it open, so she was very flexible there.

Beautiful location, great food and great staff, however, what a nightmare! Everything I told the owner (Judith) I wanted went in one ear and out the other. I even stressed certain things and on my wedding day we did not have those things. My guests all complained that she rushed them to their seats and wouldn’t let them sign the guest book; they were rushed out of the facility 2 hours before our contracted time was up, and they were not able to eat the food or cake we paid for. How embarrassing. Judith wanted to start the wedding without my mother. My mother arrived at 11 which was the start time. I cannot believe they were not willing to wait 5 minutes for someone’s mother. Enrique (Judith’s husband) told guests that they had to get ready for an event that started at 4 (my contract says we had the room until 4) so they needed to clean the tables. If they cannot handle doing two weddings a day they should not do them. Every time I had a scheduled appointment with Judith she rushed me when other guests without appointments walked in, so a week before the wedding I find out she has everything wrong. They did not even do simple things right; like starting our DVD from the beginning or having butter available for guests as requested. I am someone who considers themselves very easy to get along with, but if you can follow simple requests you should not be in the wedding planning business. I had menus on the tables since it was not a normal sit down dinner-they did make sure I got all of the dirty ones to take home. Thanks Four Seasons!

My husband and I love the Four Seasons. Our guests raved at the food and the beautiful grounds and I still talk about what a fabulous venue to host our September 5, 2009 wedding reception. The Margaroli's were easy to communicate with and made the planning a breeze.

Word cannot describe the beauty and elegance of the Four Seasons Columbus. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. The staff is very professional, organized and helpful. They made our wedding so easy and FUN! I would recommend this venue to everyone! It was absolutely perfect! Our guests are still in awe. It is an incredible value for the total bill!!!!!!

The Four Seasons has a beautiful setting. The food was top notch - many of our guests said it was one of the best meals they have ever had at a wedding. Staff was well organized and stuck very close to the schedule we had outlined. People were served promptly and professionally. Our big complaint about the Four Seasons has to do with the management. We dealt primarily with one of the owners. She could be very rude and argumentative. When we first booked the place, one year before the wedding, we were told by a previous employee that there was no wedding scheduled in August of that year. This year, the rental fee, $1600.00, was lowered to $800.00 if you booked your wedding within a certain period of time. One might conclude that these are all signs that business could be better. The night of our wedding, the air conditioning stopped working. It was a hot, humid, July day and we became more and more uncomfortable. Many of our guests did not dance and sat outside where it was cooler. One has to understand that sometimes, these things happen; however, the Margoli's (owners - both there that night) made no effort to come to us and explain or apologize about the problem to us. Fans could have been brought in to make people more comfortable. Having argued with Mrs. Margoli in a previous meeting, we hesitated to cause a scene with her that evening. When I inquired later, one month after the wedding, the Margolis did not respond to my letter. These aren't the type of people we would like to do business with again. We also questioned why the bartender had a 'tip jar' displayed when we were charged 20% gratutity as part of our bill. This was very embarrassing to us as hosts.So, if you want a beautiful setting with a delicious meal - the Four Seasons is your place. They employ a cake caterer - the best. The dance floor is large and there is ample room to accomodate your guests. If you want to deal with amiable, professional, caring people who really want to make this day a wonderful memory, our experience indicates that you might want to look around.

The site manager was completely unwilling to compromise. She required that alcohol either be served the entire time or not at all. We wanted to serve for only a few hours so that late into the night people weren't continuing to drink therefore putting themselves in danger on the road. She was not willing to accept an approximate number of people, forcing us to overestimate and pay for all 20+ people that didn't show up. The food was also nowhere as nice as it should have been. The chicken and steak were both very fatty and the vegetarian meal was utterly uneatable, making for a rather embarrassing dinner.

Absolutely the best choice I made (besides picking my husband!) The Four Seasons Columbus was fabulous, all of my guests loved it and kept commenting on how perfect it was to have a reception there. The staff is attentive to every detail you need, and the atmosphere couldn't be better.

Great attentiveness to the bride & groom. You have 2 waiters at your service the entire evening so you never need to look for a drink!

I really appreciated the fact that Judith and Enrico allowed us to have our rompus Greek wedding ceremony and reception at their facility. It is now only after attending or being a member of a bridal party that I recognize the service that The Four Seasons provides that many other venues do not. Judith acted as a wedding planner/coordinator that many other brides do not get from their venue and have to hire separately at additional cost. Judith & Enrico were fairly flexible about not using some of their "preferred" vendors, i.e. band and tent supplier. They allowed it, but they did express their desire for us to use their approved vendors. They were very flexible however in creating an entirely new menu option for our reception as what I had in mind was not currently available as one of their packages. Overall, The Four Seasons is not the least expensive, but also not the MOST expensive place for a reception. The food was good, the guests seemed happy, and I feel the cost was reasonable for the service I received.

We chose to hold both our ceremony and reception at the Four Season's because I wanted everything outside. Unfortunately weather made the outside reception impossible - but the staff of the Four Seasons transformed the inside of the facility into the most amazing evening setting. The food and drinks were fantastic and the facility pristine. They were thoughtful and thurough and left nothing to me or my new husband! It was wonderful - they took care of EVERYTHING including loading all of our gifts into our cars and helping our guests get home. We could not have chosen a better location!
