Worthington Jewelers is a small, quaint business that bends over backwards for their customers. We actually stumbled upon them and met Barbara. She gave us a precise and reasonable education on the difference in diamonds. We explained what we were looking for, they had the marquise diamond we wanted! While another local store told us that that wasn't a popular cut, so they didn't have it and suggested we buy it online! Yet, Barbara, at Worthington Jewelers had the diamond we wanted! We explained the vision we had, they put our vision and a couple others together with the diamond. All 3 choices for the engagement ring were amazingly beautiful and customized for us! My engagement ring was more reasonable in price based on the cut and carat and our online browsing/price comparing. We went back 6 months later to pick our wedding bands. Again, we were loyal to Barbara, she listened to our wants and needs. One of the owners drew the picture of what my wedding band would look like, a week later I went into the store to approve the wax model that was made. Two weeks later, we went into the store to be sure the wedding band and the engagement ring matched, both of which were custom designed! My wedding set is amazing! My husband's wedding band is exactly want he wanted to fit his lifestyle. We HIGHLY recommend Worthington Jewelers! We have been in many times in the past year taking friends and family in with us to prove and show how everyone working there is so helpful, yet Barbara always knows what we need!

I LOVE this jeweler (and I'm not really a "jewelry" person)! Everyone there is incredibly kind and professional. They don't work on commission, so we never felt rushed or pressured to buy - we got my engagement ring and both of our wedding rings from them. They do not have a large selection of wedding rings on a regular basis (though they're currently expanding, and I'm not sure how that will change their permanant selections), but they frequently have wedding-weekends; they change the entire store to only engagement and wedding rings. I wanted something non-traditional, and we were able to find what we wanted well within our price range. I've been back to them for everything from watch batteries to jewelry repair, and they're always incredibly nice and reasonably priced!

We went to one of their Bridal Trunk Shows. The entire store was full of wedding ring options which was fantastic. I liked the variety because I was looking for something kind of specific. Also, price was fantastic because they gave special discounts during the trunk show. When my ring came in, there was a minor problem. It has a brushed rather than a polished finish, but their personal jeweler fixed it as I stood there. It took no more than 5 minutes. All and all, I recommend checking out the trunk show for the variety and the price.

My husband (then boyfriend) and I shopped for my engagement ring at Worthington Jewelers together during their spring bridal sale. They have an great selection of diamonds, and we were able to get a really good quality diamond for a great price. The ring came in very quickly, too! I also went back to get my wedding band and they gave me a discount because I purchased the engagement ring. The owner is very friendly and the rest of the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. It was great to shop at a local store rather than a chain; I'd definitely shop there again!

I loved using a local jeweler as opposed to a chain. I grew up with a local family friend who took care of us in every way and Worthington Jewelers lives up to everything I was use to. My engagement ring was purchased here and I felt the detail that was put into it was wonderful and it looks like a designer ring. The wedding bands were purchased here as well and the details again were fully taken care of. Great customer service and the prices were great!

It took getting engaged and needing to get my fiance a wedding band to get me to step foot in a wedding store. He actually went to the chains and mall stores before going to WJ, and they were by far the most knowledgable, low-pressure and reasonably priced. I imagine they will be our go-to jewelers for as long as we live in Columbus.

I would always rather support a local business than a chain, and I have used Worthington Jewelers since I moved to the area, so I was very happy to turn to them for our wedding jewelry needs. My rings were actually family heirlooms, but I had WJ size and appraise them, and they did so in a timely and affordable fashion. They also helped my husband choose his wedding band and helped me choose cufflinks for his wedding present. Lastly, I purchased a pair of pearl earrings and some estate jewelry from them that they turned into a matching pearl necklace and bracelet for me to wear on my wedding day - all turned out beautifully and, again, was done so very quickly and affordably. They have been so good to us, I will go only to them for all my jewelry needs!
