Zales

Condescending sales person. Aside from waiting several moments in an empty store for service, the salesmen made it more than obvious he didn't want to waste his time with a young couple. We'd already made quite a big purchase online and just wanted to look at other options. No "I can order you something" or anything. Just, "No, that doesn't exist."Jared, on the other hand, has great customer service.

Great jewelry I really like the insurance backing of them. The sales people could be a little bit more friendlier and not chatting amongst themselves when they have customers waiting .

We purchased our wedding rings from Zales in Columbus, Ohio. They were extremely friendly in the store. The rings are gorgeous. They had a clearance sale going on and we purchased our rings at an extremly reasonable price. I was definitely pleased with my experience with this store.

We had to get our rings checked at the Polaris Mall. We lost our form to get the rings inspected. One of the guys there told us they cannot issue new forms. We called and spoke with someone else and they took care of it for us. This guy was the mgr of the polaris location and was very ryde. We go to the outlet mall by Jeffersonville since this guy is such a jerk. They only have one location in Columbus. I am going to other jewelry stores for future purchases.

The lady we worked with was wonderful. She even gave us her discount! We love the rings!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I would not recommend Zales at all!!! First, they kept trying to charge us for sizing my engagement ring. Also, it took almost a week longer than was originally agreed on. Also my wedding band was sized one size too small and when they called me to pick it up after it was supposedly fixed, they informed me they were calling about my fiance's (now husband's) ring. When I told them we already had his ring, they seemed confused. Turns out they ordered two of his wedding band and mine wasn't ready when they promised. I had to go to another location just to pick it up!!! VERY poor service and I will NEVER go there again. We even tried going to two different locations (when we had such a problem with the engagement ring, we thought we would go to another Zales).

My engagement ring is crap. Three diamonds have fallen out and one was replace and the day I picked it up my husband poped the diamond right back out. I demanded a new one and they told me that they "weren't making them anymore". I am very disappointed with this ring.

I got the ring I always wanted!

I was very worried that I would not be able to get any rings for our wedding day let alone the ones that I wanted. I wanted for my fiance to be there with me when we picked them out but with him being in the armed forces he was not going to be home until a week before the wedding day. I found the rings that I fell in love with at Zales in the Polaris Mall.The salesman there was so helpful, he saw how much I loved these rings and he was able to hold them for me. They were able to get the rings fitted for us in record time. We were so happy that we were able to get our rings together and have them for our wedding day.

I got my wedding set and my husbands band at Zales outlet in JeffersonVille. They were great! And still are, we have no problems taking our rings for cleanings and inspections to any Zales. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful it is really nice.

The staff was very friendly and not pushy. The price was very reasonable. They also clean your ring(s) whenever you want, if you bring it in when they are not busy you can get it cleaned in a few minutes for no charge.

We love our rings. They were expensive.
